All our products have a size guide in the description.

If you are still unsure, there are sample sizes available at your School Office for you to try on.

What methods of payment do you offer?

Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card and Afterpay.

You can also request a WINZ quote/Invoice to apply for financial assistance.

Financial Assistance

Complete an order online and select "WINZ quote" as your payment option.

You will then receive an email with your order confirmation. Print this out and take it to your nearest WINZ office for approval.

We recommend placing your uniform order online and taking the quote to WINZ at least 2 weeks prior to the date you need the uniform. Your order will be dispatched once payment has been cleared from WINZ.

Shipping

How long does Shipping take?
Please allow 3 to 5 working days to receive your order on receipt of payment.
Quoted delivery times are estimates only; we cannot be responsible for delays due to causes beyond our control.

Can I pick up my order?
My School Uniform is an online service only. We deliver direct to your nominated address from our warehouse. There are no pick up options available.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to your tracking details.

What should I do if I have not yet received my order?
Please allow at least 3 to 5 working days for delivery from receipt of payment. If your order has not been delivered after this time; get in touch!

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my items?
You may return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Items can be tried on for size but must be returned in their original condition. Damaged, worn, washed or altered garments will not be exchanged, credited or refunded.
Shipping costs of returning your item(s) will be at your own expense unless an item is faulty; in this case please contact us to arrange free postage.

Exchanges or replacements are sent free of freight charges.

How do I return my items?

How long will it take to process my return?
If your parcel was couriered it may take up to 1 to 2 working days to arrive. If your parcel was posted it can take an average of 8-10 working days to arrive.
Please check the tracking number before contacting us. Once your return has been received, we have a 3 to 5 working day turnaround. You will receive an updated order confirmation once your return has been processed and a track and trace number once your return has been dispatched.

What should I do if I have a faulty item?
As soon as you discover a fault, please email hello@apparelmerchco.com with a photo, description and your invoice number.

We will then assess whether a repair or replacement is required.
